Glaucoma

What is Glaucoma

Glaucoma is an eye disease that damages the optic nerve, usually due to high pressure inside the eye. Left untreated, this pressure can lead to irreversible vision loss and even blindness. Although anyone can develop glaucoma, it is more common in those over 40, with a family history of the condition, or in individuals with certain medical conditions.
